Savoury Lentil Soup
Description
A hearty and filling, very easy to make, soup.
Ingredients
- 8 ozs red lentils washed
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 oz dairy free margarine
- 3 pints vegetable stock
- Approx 1 tablespoonful yeast extract
- Seasoning
Method
- Cook onions in margarine for a few minutes, add stock and lentils and cook over a low heat until lentils are soft. Liquidise until smooth. Return to pan and add seasoning to taste.
