Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz (100g) vegan plain chocolate
- 8 fl oz soya cream
- 1 tablespoon Brandy, Rum, Amaretto or Cointreau
- 1 cup toasted slithered almonds
Method
- Put toasted almonds into 4 ramekin dishes, meanwhile melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Add the soya cream and alcohol and whisk until the mixture has cooled and thickened.
- Pour into ramekin dishes and leave in fridge to chill and set.
