Molasses Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 8 oz soft brown sugar
  • 12oz oats
  • 8 oz soft dairy free margarine
  • 2 heaped dessertspoonfuls molasses or treacle

Method

  • Beat margarine and sugar until creamy, add molasses or treacle.
  • Put into swiss roll tin lined with greaseproof paper and smooth.
  • Cook fan oven 175 F for 20 mins or until cooked
