No Bean Hummus
2 courgettes, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup raw tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2-4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 tablespoon of ground cumin
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
