Hummous

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g (14oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp pressed garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Put the chickpeas in a blender or food processor with the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
