Hummous
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g (14oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp pressed garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put the chickpeas in a blender or food processor with the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
