Wicken Fen Fillet Stir Fry
Ingredients
- WICKEN FEN FILLETS (ONE PACKET) EACH FILLET CUT INTO FOUR PIECES MARINATE IN SOY SAUCE (DARK)
Method
- FRY MARINATED FILLETS IN A LITTLE OIL UNTIL COOKED ON BOTH SIDES
- POUR A LITTLE OF THE OIL FROM THE SUN DRIED TOMATOES IN A WOK OVER HIGH HEAT ADD ONIONS AND SUN DRIED TOMATOES STIR FRY 2 MINS THEN ADD CARROTS AND BEANS STIR FRY 3-4 MINS THEN ADD MUSHROOMS AND SKINNED TOMATOES STIR FRY 3-4 MINS ADD SAUCE AND FILLETS TURN HEAT DOWN AND WARM THROUGH WHILST SOAKING NOODLES FOR 3 MINS THEN ADD TO WOK AND STIR WELL.SEASON
- SPOON INTO HOT PASTA DISHES AND SERVE WITH SIDE SALAD
