Cheezly Sausages

Description

A recipe based on Glamorgan sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 leek or 1 large onion
  • 5oz breadcrumbs fresh (brown or white)
  • 3 oz CHEEZLY dairy free cheese (produced by Redwood Foods) grated
  • 2 teaspoonfuls mustard ready made
  • 1 dessertspoonful tahini
  • 1 dessertspoonful soya flour
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Method

  • In a food processor chop leek up finely, add breadcrumbs, cheezly, mustard, soya flour and tahini and freshly milled pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • With floured hands make mixture into sausage shapes and fry until golden.
  • Also good made into small nuggets and use for party snacks etc. Excellent cold.
