Cheezly Sweetcorn Flan

YOU WILL NEED

Ingredients

  • 326 g tin sweetcorn drained
  • 180 g Gouda style Cheezly grated
  • produced by Redwood Foods, available at the Health Food Shop
  • 150ml /1/4 pint soya cream (available at Health Food shop or Supermarket)
  • 349 g Mori-nu silken tofu firm
  • Good pinch of saffron
  • 1 tspoonful mustard
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  • Blend tofu, cream, cheezly (saving a little for the top), mustard and seasoning together until smooth, stir in sweetcorn.
  • Fill flan case until full then sprinkle over a handful of grated cheezly.
