Cheezly Sweetcorn Flan

YOU WILL NEED
Ingredients
- 326 g tin sweetcorn drained
- 180 g Gouda style Cheezly grated produced by Redwood Foods, available at the Health Food Shop
- 150ml /1/4 pint soya cream (available at Health Food shop or Supermarket)
- 349 g Mori-nu silken tofu firm
- Good pinch of saffron
- 1 tspoonful mustard
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
- Blend tofu, cream, cheezly (saving a little for the top), mustard and seasoning together until smooth, stir in sweetcorn.
- Fill flan case until full then sprinkle over a handful of grated cheezly.
