Raw Taco Non Meat
1 1/2 cups of walnuts (or a mix of your choice)
1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon of ground corriander
2 tablespoons of nama shoyu or soy sauce
Whizz all ingredients up in a food processor and serve on a little gem lettuce leaf (this is your 'taco' shell.) Or serve on top of a salad with no bean hummus and Toran's Pico de gallo, also made at the raw food demo : )
