Savoury pasties
Ingredients
- Pastry made with half brown and half white flour, or puff pastry
- 1lb mushrooms
- 1 packet smoked tofu
- 1/2 block of Redwood melting cheezly
- salt & pepper
Method
- Sauté the mushrooms in margarine until soft, add salt & pepper
- Grate the tofu and the cheese, and mix with the mushrooms
- Roll the pastry out and cut into large rounds
- Fill pastry with the mixture and make into pasties, cook in a very hot oven until pastry is cooked and golden.
