"My favourite restaurant hands down. The food is always superb and freshly-cooked, and priced extremely reasonably. The Thali are especially recommended and provide incredible value for money and a really outstanding Indian food experience. Nothing like the baltis that line the streets of most towns, this is real Indian food. The staff are family and you can tell; they're all clearly passionate about the place and always make the effort to be cheerful and helpful. If I could find a restaurant as good as this in Birmingham I'd be a happy man!"

"This is almost a cafe style restaurant serving excellent vegetarian food. Six or seven tables in a small shop, this place is always busy because of the excellent food and very friendly service. Although I'm not vegetarian my daughter is and this is the place we eat when I visit and it is my favourite restaurant of all time. Good takeaway too! Strictly NO alcohol on the premises! The dishes range from mild to hot, and each main dish comes with an accompanying dish of bread or similar. Quite frankly, I could go on but I won't.
